Due to selective breeding and improvement, the Boer goat has a fast growth rate and excellent carcass qualities making it one of the world’s most popular breeds of meat goat.

The does have excellent mothering skills and have reproductive rates of up to 200%. They are easy to manage and have fun, loving personalities.
