Rococco’s genetic influence certainly contributed to establishing a line of beautiful does that have been used as our core breeding does. These does are structurally correct and have proven themselves over and over again.
He is the sire of Amahle Phoebe who has won many Broad Ribbons and whose progeny is still winning Broad Ribbons.
Chilli was a bit of a surprise when he was born, we didn’t even know that “Red Boers” existed. He has a quiet friendly nature which is ideal in such a big buck. He has also passed this trait onto his progeny.
Chilli has sired some outstanding offspring in the past couple of years. He has passed on traits such as good meat carrying capacity, good length and depth, good horns and great enoblement to his progeny.
He has produced not only good breeding and stud animals but also offspring that do well in the show arena.
Semen Straws now available for this great all round buck.
We were delighted to be able to have been able to lease Gasoline, from Brenton Park Boers, and put him over some of our does and maidens in 2014. Gasoline has good length, excellent topline and a very chunky butt.
Gasoline has gone on to win many Broad Ribbons including Supreme Champion at many shows.
Gasoline provided us with one of the best young standard bucks that we have ever bred – Amahle Octane. Together they have taken our Sire and Son at quite a few shows.
A combination of some specifically picked genetics produce this wonderful buck, Octane. He has just turned 2 year old and has all the assets that are required in a herd sire.
He has a beautiful gentle nature which is what is required in such a big buck. This is a trait that he has also passed onto his offspring.
Octane has amazing width, depth and meat down his back legs.
We have just had our second drop of kids by him and they are impressive to say the least. We will be watching to see how they develop and if they are anything like their dad, they will be an asset to any herd.
